All Greenside Draws are automatically open to customers located in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Islands.

2. Legal Undertaking

3. Competition Entry

3.1 The Greenside Draw is open for entry via the website, https://grapesandgreens.co.uk. The Greenside Draw does not conduct more than one draw at a time.

3.2 Availability and pricing of the Greenside Draw is at the discretion of Grapes&Greens Ltd https://grapesandgreens.co.uk and will be specified at the point of sale on the website and through prior advertisement.

3.3 When entering the Greenside Draw online, please follow the on-screen instructions carefully and ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions as well as any specific, outlined details. Check your personal details for accuracy and ensure you tick the declaration box to confirm you have read and understood the Greenside Draw Terms and Conditions. Once your payment has been confirmed and cleared with our system, you will receive a confirmation of entry and payment through email.

3.4 Subject to applicable law, all entries submitted will become our property and will not be returned.

4. Promotion Periods

4.2 Once a prize draw end date has been reached, or ticket numbers have been fulfilled, Grapes&Greens Ltd will enter the selection from the Draw. The Greenside Draw will not be extended at any time but may be subject to shortening dependent on ticket sales.

4.3 Once closure of a Greenside Draw, details of the Draw Date and time for announcement of the winner will be displayed on our website.

5. Competition Judgement

5.1 Grapes&Greens Ltd commit to using a process for winner selection that ensures complete fairness, impartiality and objectivity in order to yield a winner. The selection process will be conducted either live or filmed. The Draw will follow a rigorous and fair process when selectin the winner outlined further in this section.

5.2 All entries to the Greenside Draw are recorded on our website. This ensures full transparency with automated processing provided by Shopify.com. Entry to the draw is limited to the period outlined ensuring that any early or late entries are not permitted. One completion of the draw, every entry is represented on our website forming our Draw Pool.

5.3 The selection process follows a simple, unbiased format. The Draw Pool list, unaltered, is recorded by staff. Each entry (as chronologically logged) is then assigned a random lot number, adding a second layer of impartiality and randomisation. From there, Google’s Random Number Generator will be used to select an assigned number that is linked to a ticket entry. 5.4 Due to the nature of the winning judgement, there will only be one prize winner per Greenside Draw. Some Draws may have additional prizes available. If a Draw has additional prizes, a ticket entry that wins will be removed from the Draw Pool prior to the next selection process to ensure fair competition.

5.5 Grapes&Greens Ltd will contact the winner(s) using the phone numbers and email address provided at time of entry (or as subsequently updated). These details are held securely in our database for safeguarding purposes. It is the Entrant’s (you) sole responsibility to check and update these details should they change. Grapes&Greens Ltd is not responsible should the details provided at ticket entry be incorrect. Entrants must carefully check that their contact details have been recorded correctly or contact Grapes&Greens Ltd should they change.

5.6 If an entrant has won a Greenside Draw, staff will make every effort to contact the entrant until the winnings have been received / delivered. The draw offerings will not be forfeited until a winner is selected. Re-selection is subject to no contact from the entrant who has won.

5.7 In the event that Grapes&Greens Ltd closes a Greenside Draw early, the winning entrant will be selected from all valid and eligible entries received by Grapes&Greens Ltd prior to the date of closure.

5.8 All Entrants are automatically entered into the Grapes&Greens Ltd Greenside Draw database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of the result. This information will also be used for any future promotions or Greenside Draws offered by Grapes&Greens Ltd as outlined in section 3.

5.9 All prizes will be drawn on a date selected by the Grapes&Greens Ltd staff on a date after the entry period. This date is outlined in all the details offered by the Draw opportunity. Cash alternatives are not offered in place of prizes, and each draw will not be extended past the pre-determined draw date.

6. Winner’s Details

6.1 Any entry winners will also be required to engage in any post-draw promotional media or marketing campaigns. These may be used in future marketing and public relations or for post-draw films as outlined in the Greenside Draw details.

6.2 Should the winner(s) not wish to be a part of any media or marketing efforts post-draw, Grapes&Greens Ltd respects the decision and will refrain from any further opportunities. Commitment however is preferred.

6.2 Following safe receipt and verification of the details requested above by Grapes&Greens Ltd, the winner(s) will be contacted to make arrangements for delivery of the prize. Please note, deliverability is subject to availability of the schedule as discussed between Grapes&Greens Ltd and the draw partners involved each project.

7. Competition Prizes

7.1 Prizes for the Greenside Draw are selected by the directors of Grapes&Greens Ltd and are under full ownership of Grapes&Greens Ltd until the final handover of the draw to the winning entrant. Where a prize may be available with variations such as date, product the prize remains under ownership of Grapes&Greens Ltd until winner details are established. Evidence of prize is available upon request and at the discretion Grapes&Greens Ltd.

7.2 Full details of each prize offering are available on the specific Greenside Draw page for the winnings on our website. Grapes&Greens Ltd accepts no responsibility for any prize once it has been delivered and ownership has been transferred to the winning entrant. Upon handover, all legal responsibility for the prize transfers to the winning entrant. No insurance is included with any prize and Grapes&Greens Ltd cannot be held liable for the prize after it has been handed over to the winner.

7.3 Only where applicable, products obtained through the prize draw will include the manufacturer’s warranty. Winners are advised to register the product upon receipt or contact the manufacturer for information on warranty claims. Grapes&Greens Ltd reserves the right to not be included from warranty claims unless agreed upon.

7.4 Delivery of physical prize assets to the winning entrant is free of charge and Grapes&Greens Ltd reserves the right to charge the winner delivery fees if they want the prize delivered to anywhere other than the specified areas in section 1.

7.5 If the winning entrant cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed the Prize within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of winner selection, Grapes&Greens Ltd will redraw and offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected.

8. Manufacturer or supplier

8.1 Each prize asset is non-transferable. There are no other alternative prizes or convertible opportunities unless suggested in the Greenside Draw specifics. Similarly, winning assets cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers or discounts.

8.2 Each Greenside Draw will outline specifics pertaining to transportation. Please read this carefully. GRAPES AND GREENS LTD will not be held responsible for any losses or miscommunication as a result of this.

9. Winners’ Personal Data

9.1 By entering the Greenside Draw, the entrant agrees for Grapes&Greens Ltd to use their personal contact details for communication and marketing on behalf of the business. This information will not be used maliciously and is for sole use within Grapes&Greens Ltd. Should you question the visibility of your details to our partners and suppliers, please contact Grapes&Greens Ltd directly for better visibility on our operations and data protection.

10. Limits of Liability

10.1 Grapes&Greens Ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality or suitability of any goods or services provided as prizes. The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property—including, without limitation, any economic or consequential loss—arising from any act or omission by Grapes&Greens Ltd or its employees or agents in relation to the arrangement, supply, or provision of any goods to the prize winner(s) or, where applicable, to any family members or individuals accompanying the winner(s). This applies to all competitions promoted by Grapes&Greens Ltd.

11. Electronic Communications

11.1 Should a Greenside Draw close early, the winning entrant will be selected from all valid and eligible entries received prior to the date of closure. Grapes&Greens Ltd will not be liable for any economic or other consequential loss suffered or sustained to any persons to whom an award has been incorrectly made, and no compensation shall be due.

11.2 Grapes&Greens Ltd shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the software and website(s) used to operate its Competitions perform correctly and accurately across the latest versions of popular internet, tablet and mobile browsers. For the avoidance of doubt, only the ticket recorded in our systems shall be marked as an entrant into the Draw regardless of how it is displayed or calculated.

11.3 Grapes&Greens Ltd shall not be held liable for any competition entries that occur as a result of malfunctioning software or any other event.

12. Data Protection Notice

12.1 Any personal data that you supply to, or Grapes&Greens Ltd authorises https://grapesandgreens.co.uk to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, details that will be used by https://grapesandgreens.co.uk to administer the Greenside Draw and fulfil prizes where applicable.

13. Entry to Competition

13.1 To enter a competition without payment (free), please do so by post, you must send a clearly written postcard containing all required information. Postal entry is free, available to everyone and no charge applies. At the top of the postcard, you must include your Account Number (if you have one) (found in your online account profile) and your Email Address. These details must be accurate so that your entry can be matched to your registered customer account.

13.2 Before sending your postcard, please log in to your account at https://grapesandgreens.co.uk and ensure that your address, date of birth, and telephone number are filled in and correct. These details must match the information on your postcard. Failure to set up your account beforehand will result in your postal entry being discarded.

13.3 Your postcard must contain the following details: Full Name, Full Postal Address, Date of Birth, Contact Telephone Number. The exact name of the prize, as displayed on the website. The correct answer to the Competition Challenge, if applicable. You must also clearly state which competition you wish to enter. Incomplete or unclear entries cannot be processed.

13.4. Please send your postcard by 1st or 2nd class post to the following address: Grapes&Greens Ltd, 2 Brookmead Cottages, Horsham Road, Cranleigh, Surrey, GU6 8DJ.

13.5 You will not receive immediate confirmation. Entries are confirmed only when the official entry list is published. If your postcard arrives in time and meets all requirements, your name will appear on the entry list for that specific draw.

13.6 Once processed, Grapes&Greens Ltd will allocate a random entry number from the remaining available numbers. Postal entries are treated equally and fairly alongside online entries.

13.7. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per postcard. Each postcard must relate to one competition and one entrant only. Do not send multiple postcards in a single envelope. Any envelope containing more than one postcard will result in all enclosed entries being void.

13.8 All postal entries must be received at least 24 hours before the stated draw time on the prize page. Sending a postcard does not guarantee inclusion in the draw. If a prize sells out before your entry is processed, or if the draw has already taken place, your entry will not be counted.

13.9. Deliverability of the entry via post is the entrant’s responsibility so please allow sufficient time for delivery. Grapes&Greens Ltd shall not be held responsible for any postal delays, lost mail, or items arriving after the processing window.

13.10. All postcards (processed, processable, or received late) will be shredded and securely disposed of once reviewed. This includes entries for draws that have already closed.

13.11. Postal entries are treated the same as online entries. All valid postal entries will be included in any Live Draw alongside online participants, with no advantage or disadvantage. If Grapes&Greens Ltd believes that an individual is attempting to gain an unfair advantage—for example, by using multiple names, addresses, or aliases—all associated entries will be voided. The standard Competition Terms & Conditions apply to all postal entries.

13.13 By entering via post, you agree for an account to be registered using your contact details. The name on your postcard will match the name on your online account exactly as will the details outlined in the entry. If entries are not able to be processed for formatting reasons, the account will not be validated, and the entry may be rejected and/or destroyed.

15. Refunds/Return Policy

15.1 All Entries to the Greenside Draw are final. No refunds will be made at any time or for any reason. In the event a Draw closes on an earlier date or if the Draw is cancelled for any reason, refunds may be issued.

15.2 Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to any https://grapesandgreens.co.uk Greenside Draw.
